Reminder: Coaching Evaluations

Dear Newport Hockey Parents and Players.
Thank you to the scores of families that have already completed their coach evaluations..  This is a reminder for those who have not filled out the survey / evaluations to do so...

In an effort to provide the best possible instruction to the Travel, House and LTS participants of Newport County Youth Hockey Association, we are asking that parents (along with their player(s)) take a few moments to complete the following evaluation for their coaches in 2009-2010.

The Evaluation will take 3-5 minutes and will give us a good indication as to the strengths and weaknesses within our volunteer coaching staff. 
We encourage you utilize the comments sections on each question, and PLEASE fill in the Assistant Coach Question as well as the multiple choice questions.  You are encouraged to do seperate evaluations for assistant coaches as well.
This excercise is designed to gather as much constructive commentary possible.  Parent Names and Player Names have been made optional for this year.  The contents of the evaluations, including comments, will be made available to the NCYHA Board of Directors (BOD), and to the coach being evaluated.  Evaluation results will identify the strengths and weaknesses of the coaching staff and highlight where improvements can be made.
